This is a permanent role starting January 2026, providing the opportunity to support children at a key stage in their learning journey. Key Information Position: Year 2 Teacher Start Date: January 2026 Contract Type: Permanent Working Pattern: Full Time, Term Time Only Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience) Suitable for: Experienced or Early Career Teachers (ECTs welcome) About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative teacher to join our KS1 team. As a Year 2 Teacher , you will help pupils consolidate their learning from Year 1 and prepare them for a smooth transition into Key Stage 2. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons that encourage curiosity, independence, and resilience, while supporting pupils to achieve their very best. The successful candidate will embrace the responsibilities of a Year 2 Teacher, working closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure that every child thrives academically, socially, and emotionally.
