Encourage academic curiosity, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of chemical concepts. Use practical work and real-world examples to bring chemistry to life for students. Support department-wide goals, including resource development, enrichment, and stretch opportunities. Contribute to the school’s broader academic and co-curricular life, including science clubs, trips, or competitions.
