Job description
An Outstanding secondary school in Cambridge is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Science ECT to join their department for an immediate start . This is an exceptional opportunity to begin your teaching career in a school known for academic excellence, strong pastoral systems, and outstanding professional support. About the Role You will teach Science across KS3–KS4 , supported by well-structured schemes of work, collaborative planning, and a department culture that values both routine and innovation. The Science team works closely together, sharing resources and reflecting collectively to support strong outcomes. As an ECT, you will receive: A reduced timetable during induction Weekly mentorship and developmental coaching Peer observation opportunities CPD aligned to your professional targets Access to lesson planning support and shared resources No one is thrown in unsupported here — ECT development is built into the school’s culture.
