Attendance Officer – Outstanding Secondary School – Woking Start Date: As soon as possible Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Paid to scale School Information This Outstanding 11–18 secondary school in Woking is recognised for its excellent attendance figures, structured pastoral systems, and strong behaviour standards. The school is seeking a proactive Attendance Officer. Role Overview The Attendance Officer will oversee daily attendance monitoring. Key responsibilities include: Monitoring daily attendance Contacting parents regarding absences Producing attendance reports Identifying persistent absence Coordinating attendance meetings Liaising with external agencies Maintaining MIS accuracy Supporting safeguarding concerns Managing punctuality systems Supporting intervention strategies Candidate Requirements Experience in attendance or school admin Strong data skills Excellent communication Organised approach Resilience and professionalism Application To apply, please send your CV as soon as possible.
