Job description
Giacom is the only provider of Comms, Cloud, Hardware and Billing through one platform. Our platform connects technology resellers and service providers to the best IT, Comms and Cloud products and services so they can create brilliant technology solutions for UK businesses. We’re looking for a detail‑driven Commissions Receivable Analyst to join our Financial Control team. In this role, you’ll ensure the accurate processing, reconciliation, and reporting of commission income from our network partners. You’ll be a key link between our finance, commercial, sales, and operations teams helping us maintain the integrity of commission revenue and continuously improve how we work. If you enjoy problem‑solving, analysing data, and building strong working relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. What you’ll be doing Processing, reconciling, and reporting commission payments across multiple network partners (O2, Vodafone, and EE). Investigating commission discrepancies and resolving payment issues with internal teams and external contacts. Maintaining commission models, analysing commercial changes, and ensuring accurate product and pricing setup. Supporting Sales with complex deals to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Producing reports, analysing trends, and supporting month ‑ end, year ‑ end, and audit processes. Identifying opportunities to streamline systems and processes within the commission cycle. Your Experience Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, formulas, reporting). Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
