Job description
SENCO Needed at a Thriving Secondary School in Birmingham! Location: Birmingham | Contract: Full-Time, Permanent | Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR A vibrant and high-achieving secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a passionate and experienced SENCO to lead its SEND provision this September. You'll also contribute to whole-school leadership and help shape the school’s inclusive vision moving forward. Who We’re Looking For: An experienced and motivated SENCO (or someone working towards the National Award) with a deep commitment to inclusive education. Someone organised, empathetic, and resilient, who brings clarity, calm, and compassion to the role. A strong communicator who can inspire trust and drive high standards across the board.
