Job description
A secondary school in Buckingham is looking to appoint a dependable and proactive Site Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of the school site. This is a full-time, permanent role starting in January and offers a stable position within a well-organised school environment. Job Overview You will support the maintenance, security, and general upkeep of the school buildings and grounds, ensuring the site remains safe, secure, and presentable throughout the school day. Working closely with the Site Manager, you will assist with health and safety checks, basic maintenance tasks, and site operations, responding promptly to issues as they arise. The role requires a hands-on approach and a strong commitment to maintaining a professional environment for students, staff, and visitors.
