Specialise in coaching boys' sports , including football, rugby, cricket, athletics, or other competitive and recreational activities. Encourage students to develop teamwork, resilience, and a lifelong appreciation for physical activity and health . Design and implement engaging and inclusive lesson plans that cater to students of all abilities. Play an active role in the school’s extracurricular sports programme , coaching teams, organising fixtures, and running fitness initiatives. Foster a positive and inclusive sporting culture where all students feel encouraged to participate. Candidate Requirements Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field. Formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g., PGCE). Experience coaching or teaching boys' sports at school or club level. Passion for sports education and promoting physical well-being. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Commitment to fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
