Develop and implement stimulating lesson plans that incorporate a variety of teaching methodologies, including discussion, research, and source analysis. Assess student progress through essays, presentations, and historical investigations, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey. Contribute to departmental meetings and participate in the development of the English curriculum. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in English. A strong knowledge of the secondary English curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to make English & RE relevant and engaging for students.
