About the Role: Deliver engaging and challenging A-Level Psychology lessons, following relevant examination specifications. Plan and prepare high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of A-Level students. Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources, including research studies, debates, and interactive activities, to enhance student learning. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual learning journeys. Prepare students for A-Level Psychology examinations, ensuring they have a strong understanding of assessment criteria. Contribute to the development of the Psychology curriculum and resources. Foster a love of psychology in students, encouraging them to develop their critical thinking and research skills. Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Contribute to extracurricular activities and enrichment programs related to psychology and research. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong subject knowledge in Psychology. Demonstrated ability to teach A-Level Psychology. Experience in preparing students for A-Level Psychology examinations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and research skills. Ability to inspire and motivate A-Level students.
