Job description
Are you a dynamic ECT Drama Teacher ready to launch a career in an "Outstanding" rated school with a strong focus on the performing arts? A mixed school in Barnet is seeking a permanent specialist starting January 2026. The Role Deliver practical and engaging Drama lessons, nurturing creative talent and building confidence across all key stages in the mixed student body. Receive the full ECT Entitlement, including a protected timetable reduction and intensive support from an experienced mentor. The salary is paid on the main payscale (M1), supporting a financial start in the profession. Contribute to the annual, sell-out school musical, working in the recently renovated 400-seat theatre.
