What You’ll Be Doing As a KS2 Teacher, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping students’ learning journeys and ensuring they’re not just ready for Key Stage 3 but ready to conquer the world! Here’s what you’ll be doing: Engage and Inspire: Deliver exciting and meaningful lessons that spark curiosity and fuel a love for learning in every student. Track and Celebrate Progress: Help students set their own targets, monitor their achievements, and celebrate their growth every step of the way. Create an Inclusive Classroom: Cultivate a positive, welcoming, and inclusive classroom where every child feels confident, valued, and ready to shine. Personalize Learning: Differentiate instruction to ensure every student, regardless of their background or ability, is set up to succeed. Collaborate with a Dream Team: Work closely with passionate colleagues who are just as committed as you to providing the very best learning experience. Build Strong Connections: Foster strong relationships with parents and guardians, keeping them engaged and excited about their child’s progress. What We’re Looking For We need someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to making learning fun and meaningful. Here’s what we’re looking for: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification. Proven experience teaching in KS2, with a deep understanding of the National Curriculum. A passion for high-quality teaching and inspiring students to aim high. A natural communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills. The ability to adapt and innovate your teaching style to meet diverse student needs. A team player who is excited about contributing to a positive, collaborative school culture.
