Job description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Psychology ECT to join a leading Ofsted Outstanding school in Buckingham from January 2026 . This is a full-time, permanent role within a supportive Social Sciences department. Psychology ECT required full-time Highly regarded Ofsted Outstanding school in Buckingham January 2026 start Ideal opportunity for ECTs seeking a strong induction environment About the Role The successful Psychology ECT will teach A-Level Psychology , working with an academically driven cohort who have a strong interest in social sciences, behavioural studies, and research methods. The department is well-resourced, committed to innovation, and offers excellent opportunities for professional growth. This school places great emphasis on nurturing Early Career Teachers, offering a well-structured support system with reduced teaching loads, regular observations, and opportunities for rapid development.
