Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maths ECT to join a high-performing and inclusive secondary school in Birmingham . This is a full-time position starting in January 2026 , offering exceptional mentoring, structured support, and professional development to help you excel in your teaching career. • Maths ECT required to work full-time • Outstanding mixed secondary school in Birmingham • Join a successful and collaborative Mathematics department with a comprehensive ECT induction programme This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven new teacher to start their teaching career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The successful candidate will teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4 , with potential to teach KS5 for suitable candidates. Experience and Qualifications • Maths ECT (PGCE or equivalent completed) • Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Mathematics education • Commitment to reflective practice and professional growth • Legal right to work in the UK School Information This Outstanding secondary school in Birmingham caters to around 1,300 students aged 11–18 and is celebrated for its academic achievement, pastoral care, and inclusive ethos.
