Job description
  • Maths ECT required to work on a full-time position from January 2026 • Good mixed secondary school based in Bath • Maths ECT to join a highly successful and well-resourced Mathematics department Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths ECT to join a highly regarded mixed secondary school in Bath . The successful candidate will teach Maths across KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5 , supported by a strong and experienced department. This is an excellent opportunity for an early career teacher to begin their professional journey in a school known for its collaborative ethos, supportive leadership, and commitment to developing new teachers. School Information This is a Good 11–18 mixed secondary school with a thriving Sixth Form and a reputation for academic excellence and pastoral care. The school is located in Bath , with easy access to surrounding areas and strong public transport links. The Mathematics department is a high-achieving faculty with a history of excellent GCSE and A-Level results. In 2023 , 81% of students achieved grades 9–4 in Maths , reflecting the school’s strong focus on numeracy, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
