Job description
A thriving and well-equipped 11–18 secondary school in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a proactive and skilled ICT Technician to join its dedicated IT Services team from January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a Good rated school that values innovation, teamwork and high-quality digital support across its campus. The Role You’ll provide day-to-day ICT support for staff and students, maintaining hardware, managing software updates and troubleshooting network or user issues. The school runs a mix of Windows and cloud-based systems, with strong emphasis on safeguarding and cybersecurity. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to IT support requests and resolve technical issues Maintain and install hardware, software and classroom technology Assist in network administration and system updates Support teaching and learning through the setup of interactive displays, projectors and audio-visual tools About You Strong technical knowledge of Windows, Office 365 and networking Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Experience in a school or education setting desirable but not essential Organised, reliable and adaptable under pressure Why Join?
