Role Purpose The EYFS Teaching Assistant will support children aged 3–5 across Nursery and Reception, working closely with class teachers and the EYFS lead. The role includes providing learning, behavioural, and social support to all children, with a particular focus on SEN and EAL pupils. Responsibilities include facilitating play-based learning, assisting with structured activities, and supporting individual and small-group interventions.
