Job description
Health and Social Care Teacher required to start in September 2025 Outstanding School in Shropshire Full-time position with potential for TLR MPS/UPS salary scale Are you passionate about teaching Health and Social Care and looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference? Do you want to join a dynamic and supportive team in an Outstanding school in Shropshire? This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs to teach Health and Social Care to KS4 and KS5 students in a school that values both student achievement and teacher development. School Information: The school is an Outstanding-rated institution with a positive learning culture and excellent student outcomes. Located in Shropshire, the school is easily accessible by public transport and has a large car park for staff. The school has a supportive and collaborative Senior Leadership Team, ensuring a welcoming and conducive environment for both students and staff. You will be joining a highly skilled team, and there is a strong commitment to your professional development. Experience and Qualifications Required for this Health and Social Care Teacher position: Degree in Health and Social Care or a related subject. PGCE or QTS. Experience teaching Health and Social Care to KS4/5 students. Strong subject knowledge and passion for delivering engaging and effective lessons. Salary: The salary for this Health and Social Care Teacher position will be paid to scale on a permanent contract to scale MPS/UPS. There is also the potential for a TLR for the right candidate.
