Job description
An Outstanding 11–18 secondary school in Gloucester is seeking an exceptional Chemistry Teacher to join their highly successful Science Department from January 2026. This full-time, permanent post offers the opportunity to teach motivated students in a school recognised for academic excellence and scientific innovation. About the Role The successful teacher will deliver Chemistry from KS3–KS5 , using creative and practical approaches to spark curiosity and develop problem-solving skills. You will prepare pupils for GCSE and A-Level success, fostering deep understanding and enthusiasm for the subject through engaging lessons and hands-on experiments. There will also be opportunities to lead STEM outreach programmes, national competitions, and enrichment clubs such as Chemistry Olympiad and CREST Awards.
