We’re now hiring a Night Reception Team Member to help shape the Staycity guest journey. What the role includes: Guest service delivery Covering late check in's & late check outs Confidently handling guest queries or complaints Processing payments Manage reservations through Opera and other platforms Overnight linen management CCTV monitoring and control building access to maintain property security alongside security and safety checks across the building Complete night audit procedures and prepare daily reports for management What you can do for us: Be a Brand Ambassador: Embrace your role with joy, passion, and enthusiasm as you represent Staycity Group Make a good first impression with all our guests: Confidence and great communication are vital in leaving lasting impressions.
