Job description
We are working with a high-achieving secondary school in Islington seeking a meticulous and proactive HR Administrator. Key Responsibilities Safeguarding Excellence: Maintaining the Single Central Record (SCR) to ensure 100% compliance with "Keeping Children Safe in Education" (KCSIE) guidelines. Recruitment Coordination: Drafting job descriptions, posting adverts on major portals, and coordinating interview logistics for teaching and support staff. Onboarding: Managing the end-to-end induction process for new starters, including DBS checks, right-to-work verification, and reference collection. Employee Lifecycle: Drafting contracts of employment and processing variations to terms and conditions. Salary & Contract Details Salary Range: £33,500 – £38,000 (Inner London Scale equivalent) Hours: Full-time | Permanent | ASAP Start
