Job description
Admissions Officer – Independent School, Cheltenham Start Date: As soon as possible Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Paid to scale School information: This is a well-established independent school in Cheltenham with a strong reputation for academic excellence, outstanding pastoral care and a commitment to developing confident, well-rounded young people. Admissions Team: The admissions department is a key part of the school’s wider community and plays a vital role in shaping the school’s future. The team works closely with senior leadership, marketing, and pastoral staff to ensure a smooth and welcoming admissions process for prospective families. The school hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including open days, tours, interviews, scholarship assessments and transition programmes. Requirements • Experience in admissions, administration, customer service or school-based work • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with parents and visitors • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational and planning skills • Confidence managing databases and admissions systems (CRM experience desirable) • Ability to work professionally with confidential information • A proactive approach and commitment to providing an exceptional service Application To apply, please send your CV as soon as possible.
