About the Role: Deliver engaging and intellectually stimulating Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and potentially A-Level, covering a broad range of physical, human, and environmental geography topics. Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that incorporate advanced map skills, Geographical Information Systems (GIS), statistical analysis of geographical data, and critical evaluation of contemporary global issues. Assess student progress through sophisticated fieldwork reports, academic essays, data-driven projects, and rigorous examinations, providing detailed and insightful feedback to support their advanced geographical understanding. Organize and lead enriching fieldwork opportunities to diverse and challenging environments, both locally and potentially internationally. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Geography, with a strong academic background in the subject, ideally including a degree with significant geographical content.
