Job description
We are looking for a highly committed and passionate first-class KS1 Teacher who is eager to build on their current teaching skills while ensuring that contemporary, dynamic teaching methods are fully implemented to make sure that every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential. Experienced instructors with QTS are encouraged to apply. • April 2025 Start Date • Key Stage 1 Teacher • Independent School • Permanent Full-Time Contract • Paid to MPS 2 + or UPS • Excellent option for career progression • Excellent Location near public Transport • Teacher Role The successful candidate will be required to teach Key Stage 1 classes as well as promote and safeguard the welfare of all children for whom the post holder is responsible and with whom the post holder has contact. Personal characteristics: • An infectious zeal for teaching. • A kind, pleasant attitude with strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to collaborate. • Excellent oral and written communication abilities. • The ability to work individually as well as part of a year group team. • Complete dedication to the life of a thriving school. Requirements: • Qualified teacher status (QTS) • Experience teaching primary school students, ideally in KS1 • A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks • Excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team • A passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to ongoing professional development • Good behaviour management skills, with a focus on creating a positive and inclusive learning environment • Enhanced DBS check and professional references Salary: The salary for this position will be paid to scale.
