Job description
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hammersmith is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teacher to join their team from January 2026 . This is a full-time, permanent role offering an exciting opportunity to shape the early learning experiences of young children in a nurturing and stimulating environment. The school prides itself on providing high-quality early years education , where creativity, curiosity, and a love of learning are at the heart of the curriculum. You will join a supportive and experienced team , working collaboratively to provide the best start for every child. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate EYFS lessons Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development in a safe and inclusive classroom Track, assess, and report on pupils’ progress, ensuring every child meets their potential Work closely with teaching assistants and colleagues to maintain high-quality provision Communicate effectively with parents and carers, fostering strong home–school partnerships Contribute to the wider life of the school and support school initiatives About the School This Hammersmith primary school is renowned for its inclusive ethos, strong leadership, and supportive staff culture .
