Job description
A well-regarded school in Lincoln is seeking a full-time Business Teacher to join the department from January 2026. The role involves delivering Business lessons across KS4 and supporting vocational qualifications. Business Teacher required January 2026 Full-time teaching role in Lincoln Teach Business at KS4 and support applied courses This role suits a motivated Business educator keen to develop students’ understanding of enterprise, finance, and the business world. Experience and Qualifications QTS with Business or related specialism Experience teaching secondary Business preferred Strong subject knowledge and classroom management Legal right to work in the UK School Information This well-regarded secondary school in Lincoln educates around 900 students, including a Sixth Form of approximately 150 pupils. The school prides itself on providing a broad and balanced curriculum with a strong focus on vocational and academic pathways. The Business department is dynamic and growing, offering GCSE Business alongside applied vocational courses designed to equip students with practical skills in enterprise, finance, and economics. Around 65% of KS4 students achieve grades 4–9 in Business-related subjects. The school promotes real-world learning experiences, including guest speakers and enterprise projects.
