Job description
Foster a deep and lasting love of Mathematics in our Havering students as our Lead Practitioner! We are seeking an inspiring and engaging Maths specialist to join us as a Lead Practitioner. You will play a crucial role in developing a positive and enthusiastic culture towards Maths within our school and department. Key Responsibilities: Develop and promote strategies to enhance student engagement and enjoyment in Maths. Lead initiatives to raise the profile of Maths within the school community. Support teachers in creating engaging and relevant Maths lessons. Encourage the use of innovative resources and technologies to enhance learning. Lead extracurricular activities and competitions related to Maths. Work with students to develop their problem-solving skills and mathematical confidence.
