Job description
A well-organised and supportive secondary school in Coventry is seeking a reliable and meticulous Exams Assistant from January 2026 to support the smooth running of internal and external examinations. The Role Working closely with the Exams Officer, you will: Prepare exam rooms and seating plans Support with exam entries and timetable distribution Manage confidential exam materials in line with JCQ requirements Liaise with invigilators, staff and heads of department Assist with mock exams, results days and data uploads Provide general administrative support during peak exam periods The School The school is known for its excellent organisation and strong support staff culture. The exams team is experienced and friendly, offering a well-defined workflow throughout the year.
