Job description
We are working with an "Outstanding" secondary school in Cambridge to find a professional School Receptionist for an ASAP start. This is a permanent, full-time position for someone who excels at customer service and multitasking in a prestigious educational setting. About the School This academy is known for its academic excellence and respectful student body. The reception area is a fast-paced environment that requires a calm and efficient approach. The school is easily accessible and offers a very supportive working culture, where every member of the support staff is treated as an essential part of the school's success. The Role As the first point of contact, you will manage the busy switchboard and greet visitors, parents, and students. Duties include coordinating daily attendance records, handling incoming enquiries, and providing clerical support to the wider office team. You will be the face of the school, requiring a warm, professional, and helpful manner at all times. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn school-specific databases. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK. Salary £22,000 – £26,000 per annum.
