About the Role We are looking for a proactive Office Manager to lead day-to-day administrative operations. Responsibilities include managing office systems, supporting staff, and liaising with senior leadership to ensure efficient school operations. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing administrative operations, including HR, correspondence, and scheduling Coordinating office staff and workflows Supporting leadership with operational projects and reporting Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the school office Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is organised, confident, and proactive , with experience in administration management in an educational setting .
