Job description
Maths Teacher – Start your Career in a Supportive, Accessible School – Birmingham A large, high-achieving secondary school in the Birmingham is seeking an enthusiastic ECT of Mathematics to start their two-year induction in January 2026. This role is supported by an enhanced, university-partnered CPD programme. ECT: Mathematics Teacher required from January 2026 (Year 1 or 2 welcome) Birmingham -based school with easy city centre access Ideal for a motivated graduate seeking rigorous training and collaborative CPD You will teach KS3 and KS4 Maths with a reduced timetable for protected ECT time. The school partners with a local university to provide an exceptional CPD package focused on pedagogical mastery and assessment feedback loops. Experience and Qualifications QTS or completing final training in Mathematics High academic standards in your subject and a passion for teaching numeracy Willingness to fully engage with a bespoke weekly coaching cycle Strong commitment to embedding the school's positive behaviour policy School Information The Maths department is one of the largest and most collaborative in the region, providing an excellent supportive structure for new teachers.
