School Business Manager – Primary School, Stratford-upon-Avon Location: Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: January 2026 Salary: Competitive (Dependent on experience) About the School This well-established and community-focused primary school in Stratford-upon-Avon prides itself on delivering high-quality education within a supportive and collaborative environment . About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced School Business Manager to join the school full-time on a permanent basis . You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of financial and operational activities , supporting the leadership team with strategic planning and day-to-day management. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing the school’s financial operations , including budgeting, reporting, and monitoring Managing administrative functions , payroll, contracts, and compliance Supporting the senior leadership team in operational planning and decision-making Ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the school This role is ideal for a professional who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident , with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the school.
