Job description
School Status & Location Sector: Outstanding Ofsted-rated High School, Outer London. Borough: Harrow. Start Date: Permanent, full-time role commencing January 2026. The Opportunity & School Profile Join an exceptional STEM faculty dedicated to achieving high academic success in laboratory science. This Outstanding school is known for its structured environment and rigorous curriculum. We provide intensive, personalised mentoring and access to excellent laboratory resources. Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope Curriculum Delivery: Instruct Chemistry across Key Stages 3 and 4 (GCSE) only. Attainment Focus: Driving high attainment and developing effective classroom management and practical laboratory technique. Compensation & Benefits Essential Requirements: Hold or be soon to obtain QTS. Salary: Excellent salary paid on the national Teachers' Pay Scale (M/UPS). Support : A dedicated, bespoke ECT induction and mentoring programme.
