What You'll Be Doing Delivering exciting and engaging lessons tailored to the needs of Year 3 students. Creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued. Encouraging students to develop independence and a love for learning. Assessing progress regularly and providing constructive feedback to support student growth. Working collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas, resources, and best practices. Building strong relationships with parents and guardians, keeping them updated on their child's progress. Taking an active role in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities. What We’re Looking For ✔ A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent). ✔ Experience in KS2, particularly in Year 3, is desirable. ✔ A strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and innovative teaching strategies. ✔ A passion for creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment. ✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills. ✔ A positive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
