A superb opportunity has become available for a Psychology Teacher to join a leading independent school in Oxford from January 2026 . This is a full-time, permanent role within a successful and expanding Social Sciences Faculty. Psychology Teacher required on a full-time contract Prestigious independent school in Oxford Excellent opportunity to join an innovative and well-supported department January 2026 start Open to both experienced teachers and ECTs About the Role The school is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Psychology Teacher to teach A-Level Psychology and contribute to the popular and high-achieving faculty. Psychology is one of the school’s most subscribed sixth-form subjects, and the appointed teacher will play a key role in shaping pupil interest, academic success, and progression to university-level study. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, research-informed lessons, contribute to curriculum development, and support enrichment initiatives such as Psychology Society events, guest lectures, and academic competitions. Experience and Qualifications Strong subject knowledge with the ability to teach A-Level Psychology Passionate about the behavioural and cognitive sciences Engaging and reflective classroom practitioner Recognised teaching qualification with QTS Legal right to work in the UK School Information This renowned Oxford independent school is known for its high academic standards, pastoral excellence, and vibrant sixth form.
