Job description
Our client is seeking a highly organised and experienced HR Manager to join a well-regarded Secondary School in Nottingham , recognised for its strong leadership, positive staff culture, and commitment to professional excellence. • Full-time HR Manager required from January 2026 • Well-established Secondary School in Nottingham • Excellent opportunity to join a supportive and strategically led organisation This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a pivotal role within a busy and forward-thinking school environment. The successful HR Manager will lead on all aspects of human resources, ensuring robust compliance, effective recruitment and retention, and high-quality support for staff across the school. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to strategic workforce planning and staff wellbeing initiatives.
