Job description
Data Manager – Outstanding Secondary School, Ealing Start Date: As soon as possible Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Paid to scale School information: This is a 11 to 18 well-established, Outstanding Ofsted Rated Secondary School in Ealing with a strong commitment to data-informed decision making, student progress and continuous improvement. The school serves a diverse community and has an excellent reputation for high academic outcomes and robust assessment systems. The school provides a broad and balanced curriculum and places high importance on accurate tracking and analysis to support teaching and learning. Staff work within a professional, supportive environment with strong leadership and shared best practice. Data Team: The data team plays a vital role in supporting school improvement. The Data Manager will oversee assessment systems, manage student performance data and provide clear, timely analysis to senior leaders and teaching staff to inform planning and intervention.
