Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and committed Year 3 Teacher to join our friendly and inclusive Primary School in Redbridge. This permanent role starts in January 2026, providing an excellent opportunity to make a lasting difference to children’s learning and development in Key Stage 2. Key Information Position: Year 3 Teacher Start Date: January 2026 Contract Type: Permanent Working Pattern: Full Time, Term Time Only Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience) Suitable for: Experienced or Early Career Teachers (ECTs welcome) About the Role As a Year 3 Teacher , you will guide pupils as they transition from KS1 to KS2, ensuring they are engaged, challenged, and supported. You will deliver high-quality lessons that inspire curiosity and help each child achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities Plan and teach inspiring lessons for Year 3 pupils Assess, monitor, and track progress effectively Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents Contribute to the wider school community and initiatives What We’re Looking For QTS and solid understanding of the KS2 curriculum Passion for making learning engaging and accessible Reflective and creative approach to teaching Strong teamwork and communication skills What the School Offers Supportive leadership and collaborative colleagues Enthusiastic and respectful pupils A focus on staff wellbeing and professional development A positive, inclusive, and forward-thinking school environment How to Apply If you are an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher ready to join a thriving school in Redbridge from January 2026, we’d love to hear from you.
