Start Date: January 2026 Location: Cambridge About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring English Teacher to join an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ secondary school in Cambridge from January 2026. The successful candidate will teach English across KS3–KS5, delivering lessons that nurture students’ love of literature, language, and communication. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful department and contribute to a school culture that values academic achievement and creativity. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality English lessons across KS3–KS5. • Inspire students through a curriculum that includes classic and contemporary texts. • Monitor and assess progress, providing effective feedback to support success. • Contribute to departmental planning, resources, and enrichment activities. • Encourage students to engage in creative writing, debating, and wider extracurricular opportunities. • Uphold high standards of behaviour and academic aspiration.
