Your Role as a KS2 Teacher Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and interactive lessons tailored to KS2 pupils. Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that fosters children's curiosity and love for learning. Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support and feedback to enhance their development. Encourage children to develop social, emotional, and cognitive skills through a variety of learning activities. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure every child reaches their potential. Participate in staff meetings, training, and school-wide initiatives. What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in Key Stage 2. A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective assessment strategies. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. A passion for inclusive education and fostering a love of learning in young children. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
