Full-Time | Long-Term | £90–£110 per day | Camden Are you a creative, reflective and dynamic EYFS Practitioner who thrives in environments where children lead their learning through exploration, imagination and discovery? This forward-thinking Early Childhood Centre in Camden is seeking a talented practitioner who wants to be part of an innovative setting that values curiosity, sensory play and holistic child development. About the Setting This centre is known for its modern approach, drawing inspiration from Reggio Emilia practices and communication-rich early years pedagogy. Children learn through hands-on experiences, open-ended resources, expressive arts and carefully curated learning environments that spark questioning and collaboration. The centre offers: Spacious, beautifully designed indoor learning zones A dedicated art atelier, sensory room and construction studio Large outdoor spaces for nature exploration, water play and gross motor development Supportive leaders who champion creativity, reflection and professional growth Your Role As an EYFS Practitioner, you will support children aged 2–5 in developing communication, confidence, independence and curiosity. Lead creative, sensory and exploratory learning activities Build strong attachments that support emotional wellbeing Support children with SEN, communication needs and emerging developmental delays Set up and enhance high-quality learning environments Deliver small-group activities focused on early language, storytelling, fine motor skills and imagination Carry out detailed observations and contribute to learning documentation Ensure a high standard of safeguarding and care Work closely with teachers, therapists and early years specialists Experience in nursery or reception settings Strong understanding of early childhood development Passionate about creative, child-centred learning Excellent communicator, proactive and reflective Ideal Profile If you value creativity, exploration and meaningful early years practice, this centre will inspire you every day.
