Year 4/5 Job Share Teacher Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that meet the diverse needs of Year 4/5 students. Implement engaging teaching strategies to inspire and motivate learners. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices. Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behaviour and positive relationships. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and wellbeing. Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school activities as required. Year 4/5 Job Share Teacher Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching Year 4/5 students in a primary school setting. Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners. Commitment to ongoing professional development and best teaching practices. Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
