Key Responsibilities: Support children in their early education through a variety of creative, engaging activities. Observe and assess children’s development and plan for their future learning. Maintain a safe and stimulating environment that encourages independent exploration. Work closely with parents to monitor and support each child’s progress. Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning and assessment. Requirements: Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent). Experience working with children in an EYFS setting. Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation. Ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Passion for supporting young children in their early learning journeys.
