Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to enrich the learning experience. What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in KS1 with a strong understanding of the curriculum. Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills. A reflective, creative, and enthusiastic approach to teaching. Commitment to high expectations, inclusion, and continuous professional development.
