Admin Assistant – Primary School, Rugby, Warwickshire Location: Rugby, Warwickshire Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: January 2026 Salary: Competitive (Dependent on experience) About the School This vibrant and community-focused primary school in Rugby, Warwickshire is dedicated to creating a supportive and welcoming environment for both pupils and staff. About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Admin Assistant to join the school’s friendly office team on a full-time, permanent basis . You will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations , providing professional and approachable administrative support to pupils, parents, and staff. Key responsibilities include: Handling day-to-day administrative duties and school communications Managing enquiries via phone, email, and in-person Maintaining accurate pupil and attendance records Supporting with the organisation of school events and documentation Assisting with general office duties as required This position would suit someone who is organised, adaptable, and enjoys working in a busy school environment , with a friendly and professional approach to all interactions.
