Job description
Are you an efficient and detail-oriented Finance Officer seeking a professional school environment? A well-established secondary school in Derby is looking for a Finance Officer to join their finance team from January 2026 . About the Role: This full-time role includes managing invoices, purchase orders, reconciliations, budget monitoring, financial reporting and maintaining accurate finance records. You will work closely with the Business Manager to support the school’s financial operations. About the School: The school is known for excellent continuity, strong staff relationships and highly organised administrative systems. Their finance team is skilled, supportive and committed to high-quality financial practice.
