Job description
A welcoming and professional secondary school in Streatham is seeking a friendly and organised School Receptionist to join its administrative team. Role Responsibilities As School Receptionist, your responsibilities will include: Greeting and assisting visitors, parents, and students in a friendly and professional manner. Supporting administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and appointment scheduling. Assisting with the organisation of school events, meetings, and parent evenings. Ensuring the reception area is tidy, safe, and welcoming at all times. Liaising effectively with staff, students, and parents to provide information and support. Candidate Requirements Previous experience in a reception or administrative role, ideally within a school setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional, approachable, and friendly manner. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work within safeguarding policies.
