SEN Teacher – Inclusive SEN School – Gloucester (ASAP Start) Location: Gloucester Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance A well-respected SEN school in Gloucester is looking for a compassionate SEN Teacher to join their supportive and dynamic team immediately. This is a unique opportunity to work in a highly inclusive school where every student receives the personalized support they need to thrive. Why This School? Create and implement tailored learning plans in collaboration with other professionals, families, and external agencies. Foster an environment where students can build confidence and independence, with a focus on academic and social development. Provide guidance and support to students in their daily routines, helping them manage their learning environment. What We’re Looking For: A qualified SEN Teacher with experience working with SEND students. A patient and empathetic approach to teaching, with the ability to adapt lessons for individual needs. Strong communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with students, families, and colleagues. An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
