The Opportunity & Role Profile This prominent Sixth Form College requires a dedicated Facilities Manager to oversee its modern campus. The role is focused on the strategic management of the estate, ensuring high standards of maintenance, security, and compliance tailored to an adult learning environment. Core Responsibilities & Scope Overseeing the entire college estate, including maintenance, utilities, security, and grounds keeping. Managing all risk assessments and ensuring the college meets all legal and statutory requirements. Working closely with the senior leadership team to manage premises budgets, procure services, and control spending effectively. Compensation & Benefits Proven managerial experience in facilities or estates management, strong organisational skills, and knowledge of compliance standards. Salary Range: Highly competitive salary (expected to be £52,000 - £62,000 per annum). Support : Generous pension scheme and professional development funding.
