The ECT Science Teacher vacancy you have been waiting for… Are you looking for a well-respected school in Lancaster with a positive, solution-focused, and collaborative approach to ECT training? Job Overview Our client is recruiting for an ECT Science Teacher to start in January or earlier. The school is known for its strong academic values, excellent behaviour, and inclusive culture. The successful ECT Science Teacher will teach KS3–KS4 Science and receive tailored mentoring to develop their specialism. The School The school promotes a caring, community-oriented ethos and is committed to safeguarding and staff development. ECTs receive structured induction support, regular observations, and weekly coaching sessions.
